Nene Warehouse Solutions
Nene House, occupied by Nene Warehouse Solutions, is a built-to-suit and continuously refined site for one of the Group’s own companies. Investment, through development and refurbishment, has promoted and facilitated the business’s growth and expansion over the last 50 years. Set within a prominent 5-acre plot, Nene House’s 6 self-contained buildings offer its tenant over 70,000 sq ft of high-specification office, storage, and fabrication workspace.
Station Works
Strategically located between Birmingham and London, lying just 10 miles northwest of Northampton, the Station Works development sits within the UK’s ‘Golden Triangle’ of logistics, offering its tenants fantastic access to the UK. Four industrial units, with a self-contained office block placed within the buildings, extend approximately 99,000 sq ft across this 4.5-acre site. Continued investment into the property has seen the installation of a new roof, additional parking, secure access, and a 270-panel battery-supported solar PV system.
Westgate
12 Gambrel Road, a 30,280 sq ft storage and distribution facility, sits adjacent to the Sixfields retail park in Northampton. Multi-level offices accompany the warehouse, with a chiller storage area and secure access to the site.

Adjacent to Nene House, Nene Property owns and lets out an additional 27,000 sq ft in storage facilities that benefit from extensive yard space, external storage, and offices. The construction of these units has allowed us to make full use of the available space at our Watford Gap location.
